Our chefs start with fresh, quality ingredients then add in experience and imagination. The result? Inventive takes on time-honored dishes and new twists on every kind of taste.
Our chefs are continually evolving and our menus reflect ever changing food trends and current cooking techniques. We create exciting seasonal lunch and à la carte dinner menus and bake all of our bread, pastries and desserts in-house—all to please enthusiastic foodies and the most discerning palates. We also pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate special requests including dietary or religious restrictions.
A native of New York, Chef Tony cut his teeth on a melting pot of flavors. He later studied Italian, Moroccan and Spanish cuisines. To keep this culinary team prepared for any size banquet and the demands of custom events, he follows the French Kitchen Brigade system. Chef Tony prides himself on utmost attention to detail and a zest for creating personalized dining experiences.
