Assistant Director of Catering
A member of our outstanding events staff, Eric enters his third year at Edgewood in 2021. A native of Rockland County, Eric is a graduate of NYU, where he earned his Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Hospitality Management; a degree he has used to provide a world-class experience to all weddings and events we hold here at Edgewood.
Eric works closely with every wedding that is hosted at the Club, whether it's providing tours for prospective couples, attending food tastings and event walkthroughs, as well as detail-oriented planning to make sure our events run smoothly. Prior to joining the Edgewood Family, Eric gained valuable experience as the Director of Food & Beverage at Minisceongo Golf Club in Pomona, New York, followed by a stint as the Director of Catering at New York Country Club in New Hempstead, New York.
